The Hercules Plus Bi-Folding System is a reliable and versatile solution for interior doors with the option of having 2 or 4 door configurations. Whether you’re updating your home or office, this system offers practicality and elegance. Where the system is top hung there is no requirement for a bottom track.

  • 25kg wheels have a ball bearing per axel 
  • 40kg wheels have a ball bearing per wheel
  • Maximum individual door weight: 25/40kg
  • Door thickness 18-40mm (22-40mm for 40kg rating)
  • Tracks can be easily cut down to the required length
  • The system is designed to be used for an even number of doors
  • No need for a bottom track/guide as the system is designed to provide support for up to 40kg per door
  • Configuration:
    • 2 doors
    • 4 doors
    • 2 doors on the left + 2 doors on the right
  • Maximum single door panel width: 
    • 25kg version: 600mm
    • 40kg version: 750mm

Please note:

  • Doors are not included
  • It is not recommended to exceed 600mm individual door width for 25kg
  • It is not recommended to exceed 750mm width for 40kg version for 2 2-door or 2 + 2-door configuration
  • For the 4-door inline configuration, the maximum recommended door width is 450mm 40kg system should be used even for lighter doors
