Please note that:

• While open the flap is not held firmly in position
• Make sure to have sufficient hinge strength and panel material
• The closed flap will not be held in place, please install some type of catch on the side of the flap
• To work out the maximum door moment (N_m) please use the formula below:
  • Door height/2 x door weight(kg) x 9.8 = torque moment (N_m)
