SERVICE UPDATE

Thanks to the massive effort of everybody, we have almost managed to clear backlog of orders from Festive period. We are however learning that a lot of couriers have also been affected by staff shortages. We will continue to do our best and dispatch all orders on time, but delivery times might be extended. Our thanks go out to you, our customers for being understanding.

COVID19: SERVICE UPDATE

The ongoing pandemic has caused worldwide delays in manufacturing and shipping.
So far, we have been quite lucky as COVID affected only few of us over last two years.
Unfortunately, this time is different. Most of our colleagues have been hit by COVID during Christmas and some of us are still recovering. This will undoubtedly cause some delays in despatching your orders. Health of our employees and customers is our top priority. We therefore ask you to remain patient, while we make sure everybody comes back to full health and all our procedures are safe allowing us to despatch your goods.
We will still dispatch orders daily, but it may take extra few days before your order reaches you.

XMAS 2021: SERVICE UPDATE

Due to courier networks being overloaded we can’t guarantee that orders placed after midday 17th of December will be delivered this side of the year.
All items marked as ‘backorder’ and ‘out of stock’ will not be processed until the beginning of January next year. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience.

We are currently receiving an unprecendented number of orders and enquiries. Due to remote working, we are still keeping phone lines closed. During current COVID- 19 pandemic, we are still open for business but with limited resources.
We can provide the following services:

  1. Orders are processed as usual (subject to stock availability).
  2. Most orders placed before 12.30PM are dispatched same day.
  3. Our telephone support is closed, but we are here to help via online chat between 09.00 - 17.00 / Monday-Friday or via our email: sales@bullerltd.co.uk
  4. Orders must be placed and paid for via our website
  5. For safety reasons, we would prefer not to offer any service to walk-in customers at present. However if you are local to us and would like to purchase and collect, please get in touch and we will try to arrange safe collection of goods for you.
